ConferencesAll DECA members must complete a Code of Conduct which includes medical release information and signatures from the student, parent or guardian, advisor and school admoinistration. This must be completed by each DECA member in North Dakota. It is the responsibility of the chapter advisor to collect the forms and keep the original forms for local, state, and national activity.
