About College DECAThe mission of Delta Epsilon Chi, the college division of DECA, is to serve its diverse international memberhsip as a professsional organization, providing leadership and career-oriented opportunities to develp and enhance tomorrow's leaders.
Specifically, Delta Epsilon Chi nurtures competent, entrepreneurial, self-reliant, cooperative leadership in a variety of professional areas. Delta Epsilon Chi provides opportunities to work and learn with people who share similar interests. It provides students with opportunities to travel, to meet life-long friends, to network with business and industry, and to work with these people as members of Delta Epsilon Chi. The organization awards and recognizes students for both individual an dteam demonstrations of skills and knowledge in a variety of occupational areas. Delta Epsilon Chi develops strategic decision making skills essential for college students seeking professional careers.
Delta Epsilon Chi is a college division of DECA, providing a a natural outlet for leadership, competition, networking and community service. North Dakota sponsors the Collegitate Leadership Conference held in the fall of the year, and the State Career Development Conference which focuses on competition in February. Nationally, students can participate in the Collegiate Leadership Academy held in New York City in November and the International Career Development Conference held each spring.

Delta Epsilon Chi is the collegiate level of DECA. The constitution is for DECA, including both divisions of the organization. The by-laws are written for each division.
